BUCK&DOEY RETURN POLICY
All Buck&Doey purchases have a 15-day return policy.
All purchases made on buckanddoey.com, in any of the online sales platforms (such as Amazon or Etsy), or at a physical store have a 15-day return period.
You can return your items for any reason within those 15 days. Even after 15 days and up to 30 days, you can still return items if they’re unworn and unwashed.
So go ahead, shop with confidence, and enjoy your 15 to 30-day trial.
How do I return a Buck&Doey order?
You can choose your preferred carrier to send your items back. Be aware that you’ll need to cover any shipping costs. To start your return:
- Go to your order and enter your order number and email address, then select “Start Return.” Your order number can be found in any of the order emails we sent.
- Select the items to return and provide the return reason.
- Submit your return to get the return shipping address. Be sure to note or print the address that we’ll automatically email you.
- Send your items back by taking your return to your carrier of choice. Please package your return securely (if possible, use the original packaging). Remove or cover any previous shipping labels and barcodes to avoid shipping delays.
Did you receive defective or flawed items?
We stand behind all of our products. If it’s been less than 15 days since your purchase, please contact us via our website inquiry section to return the item. See our warranty information for additional details.
We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges. We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges. We do not sell the information captured through this process. We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.
BUCK&DOEY WARRANTY INFORMATION
We stand behind all of our products. If your Buck&Doey apparel develop a material or workmanship flaw within 30 days of the purchase date, we want to make it right for you.
If you believe your item is flawed, and it’s within 30 days of your purchase, you can simply return it to us for a full refund. For Buckanddoey.com purchases, please see our return instructions (and if you want to try to exchange the item, you’ll need to give us a call). For any physical store purchases, you’ll want to take your item back to the store you bought it from.
Please note for flawed products, return is always free for our customers!
